Swamp Con is hosting Gator Gaming’s LAN tournament.
Those who do not register for tournament are always welcome to check out our free to play areas and sponsor booths, as well as spectate the on going tournaments. Registration for all the tournaments is at http://www.facebook.com/events/495528900499061/ .
Free to play tournaments will be available to walk-ins, starting with an EA sponsored Sports Tournament.

Pokemon Black & White Tournament
SwampCon is proud to be hosting its own Pokemon tournament! Battles will take place using Pokemon Black & White for the Nintendo DS. The tournament will be located in the Matthew Suite on the 4th floor of the Reitz Union. See the schedule here for times.
Rules
The tournament will be single elimination, single battle, 6 v 6, flat battle (level 50).
1. Species Clause: Each Pokemon on a Player’s team must be a different pokemon
2. Item Clause: All pokemon must be holding different items
3. Self-KO Clause: The player automatically loses if their last pokemon uses Selfdestruct, Explosion, Destiny Bond or Peirsh Song
4. Sleep Clause: Each player can only have one pokemon asleep at a time (rest does not count)
5. Freeze Clause: Each player can only have one pokemon frozen at a time.
6. Evasion Clause: Double Team, Minimize, BrightPowder and Lax Incense are banned
7. OHKO Clause: Fissure, Horn Drill, Guillotine and Sheer Cold are banned
8. Sky Drop and Dark Void is banned
9. NO WONDER LAUNCHER!!!
10. All battles will be single battle conducted though the C-Gear.
IR –> Battle (save the game) –> battles for two –> single battle
