Nanerpus

Nanerpus began in 2009 when Erik Shuping (guitar, vocals), Dana Merry (guitar, vocals), James Kocher (Bass, vocals), and Eric Popper (drums) joined together to form a hard edged band with a music style that has elements drawn from each member’s musical influences. Old-school heavy metal, power metal, and 90s grunge are enmeshed  to form a sound that is powerful and unique.  The band is based in Gainesville, Florida, and plays often in their home town with the occasional sojourn to nearby cities like Tampa and Tallahassee.  2010 saw the release of the first EP, entitled “The Wrath of the Moon!,” and every show brings new fans to the ‘Nanernation’.

Based in FL, Itis Noise is a new band formed early in 2012. Originally just an american music cover band consisting of 3 siblings Mar (Vocals/Guitar), Joseph (Vocals/Keyboard/Bass), and Jesse (Drums), their love for anime and Japanese music finally overwhelmed them resulting in a change of sound. Eventually they ran into a fellow music and anime lover, Raven (lead guitarist),  who became a part of the family. Depending on their mood (or how lazy they feel) the band performs live with the typical rock band set up: drums, bass, and rock guitars. Other times they pull out the acoustic guitar, piano, and cajon for a more intimate feel. Their setlist includes a variety of songs from anime such as: Bleach, Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist, Toradora!, K-On!, and many more. (They even have a few vocaloid songs up their sleeves) They’re always looking for more songs to learn and perform so throw some suggestions their way!

S.S. HANAMI

The sound of beauty and decay, of elation and despair — a theatrical alt-rock band influenced by anime, J-Rock, visual-kei, and traditional Japanese music. Through our music, we want to convey that S.S. HANAMI is, at heart, more than just a band — it’s an anime, and these songs are the soundtrack.
